From today until 31 March 2021 the threshold for payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax will increase from 125,000 to 500,000. This means anyone purchasing a property for less than 500,000 will pay no stamp duty. Anyone purchasing above 500,000 will benefit from a saving of 15,000. Act now to take advantage of this great saving.
