You will be supported on a variety of residential property transactions including sales and purchases in help to buy and newbuild properties. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of files as well as ensuring that you provide a high level of service to a very high net worth client base.
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with at least 5 years' PQE (guide to experience) and applicants should be enthusiastic about developing their career in this area and experience in plot purchases. They will be confident in their ability to work independently on their own caseload and meet strict deadlines. The successful candidate will be paid a market rate salary, with a generous, realistically achievable bonus scheme.
Our office is located in a modern multi tenanted building in Woking town centre. It is a couple of minutes walk from Woking train station which serves a 23 minute direct line to London Waterloo. Woking town itself is currently undergoing major commercial, retail and residential development and the council's intent is to mimic London with a 23 storey Hilton hotel with views to the Surrey hills and the Shard in London once completed in 2021.
