Conveyancing Solicitors – Flexible Remote Work
At TP Legal Ltd we are seeking highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitors to join our growing team. We are a forward-thinking firm that embraces modern technology to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing to work from their homes while still enjoying full administrative support in a flexible and dynamic online office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters remotely.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, title searches, and property investigations.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Utilise modern technology and conveyancing software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
