Property law solicitor for England and Wales
I act for landlord and tenant companies who occupy business premises such as offices, restaurants, bars, industrial units, shops, pubs and buildings.
I assist with either the drafting or approval of commercial leases. I also advise my clients on the sale or acquisition of businesses such as pubs, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
My advice and assistance is generally structured and charged in three parts. Commercial Property advice is provided where a commercial lease or freehold is being sold/acquired, employment law advice is required where there are employees or staff being transferred or dismissed as part of the deal, and company commercial law advice where the purchase price includes assets or shares belonging to a company or business.
I trained as a Solicitor 14 years ago. During my training I developed my main areas of interest and expertise and qualified as a private and Commercial Property Solicitor. After successfully completing my training I then moved onto managing the Conveyancing Department of a large high street solicitors practice for four years.
I then moved to larger firm of solicitors in 2010 and was appointed a general Property Law solicitor, advising and representing the firm's residential, commercial and agricultural property law clients on the sale and purchase of their land and business assets.I quickly progressed into the position of associate solicitor.
I decided to brave the economic storm in 2012 and set up my own law firm; now practising as a proud director & solicitor of TP Legal.
I deliver high quality legal services and represent many businesses small to large within the hospitality sector, the care industry and also real estate developers. I am a member of Commercial Real Estate Legal Association.
